In honor of the council's founder, Eloise Waters, the Council has founded the Eloise Waters Scholarship fund to support organizations and individuals facing financial barriers to membership. The Council offers one (1) scholarship membership each year. The application for the Eloise Waters Scholarship is open between January 1 and February 28 each year. Interested individuals or organizations can submit an application by email or paper copy to the Council Secretary during this time period.
